At Issy The Jeweler, we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality custom jewelry and grillz. That’s why we offer flexible payment options to make your purchase as easy as possible. We proudly accept Afterpay, Klarna, and PayPal Pay Later, allowing you to split your payments over time with trusted third-party providers. For clients who prefer to work directly with us, we also offer in-house financing with a 100% approval rate. You can choose to split your total into two payments, or three payments for orders over $1,000. All in-house financing requires signing a simple contract, and any late payments will incur a 10% interest fee. Our goal is to make luxury accessible, transparent, and stress-free.
Return & Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Returns
Returns are not guaranteed and are accepted solely at our discretion, based on the situation and the condition of the item.
• Any return inquiry must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back securely and covering the return shipping costs.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces, grillz, personalized jewelry, engraved items, and any made-to-order designs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damage on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 24–48 hours with clear photos and videos.
• We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with proof of:
• digital signatures
• communications
• invoices
• shipment tracking
• and photos/videos of completed work.

At Issy Da Jeweler, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Please allow adequate time for production, processing, and quality checks before your order ships.
Processing & Production Times
• Custom jewelry & grillz: Production time varies based on design complexity. Estimated timelines will be provided during consultation.
• Ready-made items: Ship within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Shipping times depend on your location and chosen carrier.
Shipping Methods
We ship through trusted carriers such as:
• UPS
• FedEx
• USPS
• DHL (international)
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.
Issy Da Jeweler is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package shows “Delivered” by the carrier, Issy Da Jeweler is no longer responsible.
Customers must submit any claims directly to the shipping carrier.
